不顧自法者。謂即自身所有勝法。即前種姓多聞等是。身有勝事更合慕善。不顧自身所有勝法。於賢善人不崇重也。

Regarding "not regarding one's own dharmas": this means the superior dharmas belonging to one's own person, namely the aforementioned lineage, vast learning, and so on. When one's person possesses superior matters, one ought all the more to aspire to the good; yet one does not regard the superior dharmas belonging to one's own person, and fails to venerate and respect virtuous and good people.
