於實德能不忍等者。實謂諸法實事理也。德謂三寶真淨德也。能謂諸善勝功能也。於三種中。心不忍可意不樂欲。故名不信。

Regarding "not having conviction in real facts, virtues, and capabilities" and so forth: "real facts" refers to the actual facts and principles of phenomena. "Virtues" refers to the true, pure virtues of the Three Jewels. "Capabilities" refers to the superior functions of wholesome dharmas. Among these three kinds, when the mind does not approve and the intention does not delight in them, it is called non-faith.
