7.64

爾時，風神白善業菩薩言：「識言非也。何以故？萬物成長行來進止動搖，識制止於我不令動轉。以是義故識言非也。」

At that time, the wind deity said to Bodhisattva Kuśalakarma: “What consciousness says is false. Why is that? In the growth, coming, going, advancing, halting, and movement of the myriad things, consciousness restrains and halts me, not allowing me to move and turn. For this reason, what consciousness says is false.”
