At that time, having spoken the verses, the Buddha told those in the assembly: “Five hundred Ganges sands of lands to the northeast of this Able-to-Endure World, there is a country named Fruit Matured. The Buddha's name is Huaying (Flower Radiance) Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, Vidyācaraṇasaṃpanna, Sugata, Lokavid, Anuttara, Puruṣadamyasārathi, Śāstā Devamanuṣyāṇāṃ, Buddha, Bhagavat. He is now presently preaching the Dharma: good in its beginning, good in its middle, and good in its end; its meaning and flavor profound, identical to the pure life of brahma-conduct. Sentient beings in that land have no womb-born, apparitional, moisture-born, or egg-born birth; they are born from lotus flowers. With benevolence, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity, and the one hundred and seven rare supernatural bases of concentration, they all practice the Samādhirāja Samādhi together. All the samādhis are: the Śūraṅgama Samādhi, the samādhi of awakening to the Way, the samādhi of deportment and prohibitory precepts, the samādhi that eradicates the root of sentient beings’ suffering, the samādhi of self-illuminating radiance, and the samādhi of awakening the flavor of sentient beings—such one hundred and seven samādhis. Contemplating the body internally, contemplating the body externally, contemplating the body internally and externally; internal dharmas, external dharmas, internal and external dharmas; internal concentration, external concentration, internal and external concentration; contemplating, distinguishing, observing, and understanding them as formless, signless, and thoughtless, the bodhisattva-mahāsattvas enter the doors of liberation and contemplate all dharmas as empty, tranquil, and formless.”
