"The nature of phenomena has nothing on which it relies;
Contemplating emptiness is also like this.
If one can contemplate the four elements,
One will not be killed by the proclivities.
Taking medicine, practicing dhyāna-concentration,
Reciting this dhāraṇī,
And single-mindedly recollecting the Buddhas,
The proclivities will never arise again.
The ocean of afflictions is forever exhausted,
The river of affection and desire is severed;
All desires have no cause,
And one declares oneself to be liberated.
Free from affliction, the mind is tranquil,
Sporting in the six supernormal knowledges,
And also with this dhāraṇī,
One instructs others."
