北方地藏尊！其座極巧嚴，
身處於焰胎，雜寶莊嚴地，
綺錯互相間，四寶為蓮華，
聖者所安住，金剛不可壞，
行境界三昧，及與大名稱，
無量諸眷屬。日光明菩薩！
堅固心菩薩！并持地菩薩！
寶手菩薩等！寶光明菩薩！
寶印手菩薩！不空見菩薩！
除一切憂冥！祕密內為縛，
舒散於火輪。右觀寶處尊！
慧拳舒三輪，寶上三股印。
寶掌於寶上，一股金剛印，
慧拳舒水輪。持地右寶上，
二手金剛印。寶印手寶上，
五股金剛印。堅固意右寶，
羯麼金剛印，前印諸輪合。

The noble Kṣitigarbha in the northern direction! His seat is exquisitely adorned; / his body is situated within a womb of flames, upon ground adorned with various jewels, / intricately intertwined with one another. Four kinds of jewels form the lotus, / where the holy one dwells, in the adamantine indestructible / samādhi of the sphere of practice, together with the great renowned / immeasurable retinue. Bodhisattva Sūryaprabha! / Bodhisattva Dṛḍhamati! Along with Bodhisattva Dharaṇīdhara! / Bodhisattva Ratnapāṇi and others! Bodhisattva Ratnaprabha! / Bodhisattva Ratnamudrāhasta! Bodhisattva Amoghadarśin! / Destroying all sorrow and darkness! Secretly make an internal binding, / extending and opening the fire-wheels. To the right, view the noble Ratnākara! / Wisdom-fist extending three wheels, above the jewel is a three-pronged mudrā. / Ratnapāṇi: above the jewel, a single-pronged vajra mudrā, / wisdom-fist extending the water-wheel. Dharaṇīdhara: to the right, above the jewel, / two hands form the vajra mudrā. Ratnamudrāhasta: above the jewel, / a five-pronged vajra mudrā. Dṛḍhādhyāśaya: to the right of the jewel, / the karma-vajra mudrā, the front mudrā with all wheels joined.
