「救世釋師子！次南五佛頂：
白傘竪慧風（真金），定掌覆如蓋。
勝頂前刀印（金三補吒）。最勝印金輪（淺黃）。
光聚如來頂（淺白）。捨除智成拳（白內縛），
風輪屈如鉤。復於毫相北，
安布三佛頂：廣大發生頂！
同前蓮華印。極廣廣生頂！
五智金剛印。無邊音聲頂！
即前商佉印。」

"The world-saving Śākyasiṃha! Next to the south are the Five Uṣṇīṣas:
Sitātapatra has the wisdom-wind finger raised (pure gold), the concentration palm turned downward like a canopy.
Jayābhyuṣṇīṣa has the former sword mudrā (golden saṃpuṭa). Vijayocchnīṣa's mudrā is a golden wheel (light yellow).
Tejoraśyuṣṇīṣa Tathāgata (light white). Vikiraṇoṣṇīṣa has wisdom forming a fist (white inner-bound),
with the wind-wheel bent like a hook. Further, to the north of the ūrṇā,
arrange the Three Uṣṇīṣas: Mahodgatoṣṇīṣa!
Same as the former lotus mudrā. Atimahodgatoṣṇīṣa!
The five-wisdom vajra mudrā. Anantasvaraghoṣoṣṇīṣa!
This is the former conch shell mudrā."
