「救世釋師子！次南五佛頂：
白傘竪惠風（真金），定掌覆如蓋。
勝頂前刀印（金三補）。最勝印金輪（淺黃）。
光聚如來頂（淺白）。捨除智成拳（內縛白），
風輪屈如鉤。復於毫相北，
安布三佛頂：廣大發生頂！
同前蓮花印。極廣廣生頂！
五智金剛印。無邊音聲頂（赤）！
即前商佉印。」

"The world-saving Śākya Lion! Next to the south are the five Buddha-uṣṇīṣas:
Sitātapatra raises the wisdom wind finger (true gold), with the samādhi palm covering like a parasol.
Jayoṣṇīṣa uses the sword seal as before (gold, three-pronged). Vijayoṣṇīṣa's seal is a golden wheel (light yellow).
Tejorāśi Tathāgatoṣṇīṣa (light white). Vikiraṇoṣṇīṣa forms a fist with wisdom (internally bound, white),
With the wind wheel bent like a hook. Furthermore, to the north of the ūrṇā,
Arrange the three Buddha-uṣṇīṣas: Mahodgatoṣṇīṣa!
Same as the previous lotus seal. Atimahodgatoṣṇīṣa!
The five-wisdom vajra seal. Anantasvaroṣṇīṣa (red)!
Namely the previous śaṅkha seal."
