最初正覺等，敷置曼荼羅，
密中之祕密，大悲胎藏生，
及無量世間，出世曼荼羅，
彼所有圖像，次第說當聽。
四方普周匝，一門及通道，
金剛印遍嚴，中羯磨金剛。
其上大蓮華，妙色金剛莖，
八葉具鬚蘂，眾寶自莊嚴，
開敷含果實。於彼大蓮印，
大空點莊嚴，十二支生句，
普遍華臺中，常出無量光，
百千眾蓮繞。其上復觀想，
大覺師子座，寶王以嚴飾，
在大宮殿中。寶柱皆行列，
遍有諸幢蓋，珠鬘等交絡，
垂懸妙寶衣，周匝香華雲，
及與眾寶雲，普雨雜華等，
繽紛以嚴地，諧韻有愛聲，
而奏諸音樂。宮中想淨妙，
賢瓶與閼伽，寶樹王開敷，
照以摩尼燈。三昧總持地，
自在之婇女，佛波羅蜜等，
菩提妙嚴華，方便作眾伎，
歌詠妙法音，供養諸如來。
以我功德力，如來加持力，
及以法界力，普供養而住（普印），
結大輪壇印。次眾色界道，

The initial perfectly awakened ones and others arranged the maṇḍala,
secret of secrets, born of the great compassion womb,
as well as the immeasurable worldly and world-transcending maṇḍalas;
listen as all their depicted images are explained in sequence.
On all four sides, completely around, are single gates and passageways,
everywhere adorned with vajra marks, and in the center is a karma-vajra.
Above it is a great lotus with a stem of exquisite vajra color,
with eight petals endowed with stamens and pistils, naturally adorned with many jewels,
in full blossom and holding fruit. Upon that great lotus mudrā,
adorned with the great void-dot, the syllables of the twelve branches of origination
pervade the flower's calyx, constantly emitting immeasurable light,
surrounded by hundreds of thousands of lotuses. Above it, visualize further
the lion throne of the Great Awakened One, adorned with the king of jewels,
inside a great palace. Jeweled pillars stand in orderly ranks,
everywhere with banners and canopies, interlinked with garlands of pearls,
draped with suspended wondrous jeweled garments, and surrounded by clouds of fragrant flowers
and clouds of manifold jewels, raining diverse flowers all around
falling in profusion to adorn the ground, with harmonious, delightful sounds
playing all manner of music. Within the palace, visualize the pure and marvelous
vases of abundance and argha, the king of jewel trees in full blossom,
illuminated by the lamps of mani gems. Upon the ground of samādhi dhāraṇīs,
sovereign maidens, the Buddha-pāramitās and so forth,
with wondrously adorned flowers of bodhi, skillfully perform various arts,
singing and chanting marvelous sounds of Dharma, offering to all Tathāgatas.
By the power of my merit, by the Tathāgata's power of empowerment,
and by the power of the dharmadhātu, remain making universal offerings (universal mudrā),
