Ye na sabbenasabbanti ye cattāropi ariyamagge paripūretuṃ na jānanti, tīṇi vā dve vā ekaṃ vā nibbattenti. Sabbesaṃyeva imesaṃ kulaputtānanti brahmacariyaciṇṇakulaputtānaṃ. Amoghā…pe… saphalā saudrayāti arahattanikūṭena desanaṃ niṭṭhāpesi.

“Those who did not in every respect” means: those who do not know how to fulfill all four noble paths, but produce three, two, or one. “Of all these clansmen” means: of the clansmen who practiced the spiritual life. “Not barren… fruitful, with growth”: he concluded the teaching with the peak of arahantship.
