Attanā coday'attānaṃ paṭimaṃsetha attanā
So atta-gutto satimā sukhaṃ bhikkhu vihāhisi.
Rouse thyself by thyself, examine thyself by thyself, thus self-protected and attentive wilt thou live happily, O Bhikshu!
