Kāyappakopaṃ rakkheyya,
kāyena saṃvuto siyā;
Kāyaduccaritaṃ hitvā,
kāyena sucaritaṃ care.
Beware of bodily anger, and control thy body! Leave the sins of the body, and with thy body practise virtue!
