Manopakopaṃ rakkheyya,
manasā saṃvuto siyā;
Manoduccaritaṃ hitvā,
manasā sucaritaṃ care.
Beware of the anger of the mind, and control thy mind! Leave the sins of the mind, and practise virtue with thy mind!
