کند به حکم ز پیکان تیر موی شکاف هزار تار ز یک تار موی در شب تار چنان بهتیر سیاهی ز دیده بر گیرد که دیده را نرسد ذرهای از آن آزار

With the point of his hair-splitting arrow he decisively makes / a thousand strands from a single strand of hair in the dark night.
With an arrow he removes the blackness from an eye in such a way / that not an atom of injury reaches the eye.
