This is clearly not a personal name. Pers. kīlān, elder, great, and Turkī khān, a title.
Daughter of Sultānam Begam Mīrān-shāhī and grand-daughter of Sultān Ahmad Mīrzā. Which of Sultānam’s three husbands was Kīlān Khān Begam’s father is not said; from her daughter’s title, Tīmūr Sultān Uzbeg seems most probable.
