[Objection:] 'Well, let insentience not be grasped! What is lost to us? Even when it is not grasped, if the form of blue is grasped, either there must be a difference between the two, or [their relationship] must be indeterminate. And if insentience is not grasped when the form of blue is grasped, how could it be its intrinsic nature? Otherwise, the three worlds too, though ungrasped, would be the nature of a grasped pillar!' This collection of objects of valid cognition has been elaborated by Prabhācandra and other followers of the Arhat's doctrine in works such as the Prameyakamalamārtaṇḍa; hence it is not set forth [here] for fear of prolixity.
