"Venerable Sir, how many kinds of one-sensed beings of black lesyā are taught?"
"Gautama, five kinds of one-sensed beings of black lesyā are taught, with a fourfold distinction as in the hundred of one-sensed beings of black lesyā, up to plant-bodied beings."
"Venerable Sir, an undevelopable subtle earth-bodied being of black lesyā, at the eastern [border] of this Ratnaprabhā earth...?" In this phrasing, just as in the general uddeśaka, up to the end of the world. Everywhere one should describe rebirth only with black lesyā.
"Venerable Sir, where are the places of undevelopable gross earth-bodied beings of black lesyā taught to be?" In this phrasing, as in the general uddeśaka, up to those of equal lifespan duration.
"It is so, Venerable Sir! It is so, Venerable Sir!"
In this phrasing, just as the first series hundred, in that very way eleven uddeśakas should be spoken of.

"How many kinds, Venerable Sir, of one-sensed beings having black leśyā and capable of liberation (bhavasiddhika) are declared?" Just as in the general uddeśaka.
"How many kinds, Venerable Sir, of immediately-reborn one-sensed beings having black leśyā and capable of liberation are declared?" Just as in the general uddeśaka of the immediately-reborn, precisely so.
"How many kinds, Venerable Sir, of successively-reborn one-sensed beings having black leśyā and capable of liberation are declared?"
"Gautama! Five kinds of successively-reborn one-sensed beings having black leśyā and capable of liberation are declared; the division of the four up to plant-bodied beings.
Does a successively-reborn, black-leśyā, capable of liberation, developable subtle earth-bodied being, Venerable Sir, [originate] in this Ratnaprabhā earth?" Thus, with this expression, just as in the general uddeśaka, up to the end of the world. Everywhere among those having black leśyā and capable of liberation, rebirth is to be applied.
"Where, Venerable Sir, are the abodes of successively-reborn, black-leśyā, capable of liberation, developable gross earth-bodied beings declared?" Thus, with this expression, just as in the general uddeśaka, up to beings of equal duration. Thus, with this expression, for one-sensed beings having black leśyā and capable of liberation also, precisely so is the sixth śataka comprising eleven uddeśakas [completed].

Regarding one-sensed beings having blue leśyā and capable of liberation, [the seventh] śataka [is to be stated]. Likewise, regarding one-sensed beings having grey leśyā and capable of liberation, [the eighth] śataka. Just as four śatakas were stated for those capable of liberation, so also four śatakas are to be stated for those incapable of liberation (abhavasiddhika), with the difference that nine uddeśakas are to be stated, excluding the ultimate and non-ultimate ones; the rest is just the same. Thus are these twelve śatakas of the series of one-sensed beings.
"Truly so, Venerable Sir! Truly so, Venerable Sir!" [Gautama said,] up to he dwells.
