paramāṇupoggale ṇaṃ bhaṃte! paramāṇupoggalaṃ phusamāṇe kiṃ –1. deseṇaṃ desaṃ phusai, 2. desehiṃ dese phusai, 3. deseṇaṃ savvaṃ phusai, 4. desehiṃ dese phusai, 5. desehiṃ dese phusai, 6. desehiṃ savvaṃ phusai, 7. savveṇaṃ desaṃ phusai, 8. savveṇaṃ dese phusai, 9. savveṇaṃ savvaṃ phusai?
goyamā! 1. no deseṇaṃ desaṃ phusai, 2. no deseṇaṃ dese phusai, 3. no deseṇaṃ savvaṃ phusai, 4. no desehiṃ desaṃ phusai, 5. no desehiṃ dese phusai, 6. no desehiṃ savvaṃ phusai, 7. no savveṇaṃ desaṃ phusai, 8. no savveṇaṃ dese phusai, 9. savveṇaṃ savvaṃ phusai|
paramāṇupoggale duppaesiyaṃ phusamāṇe sattama-navamehiṃ phusai|
paramāṇupoggale tippaesiyaṃ phusamāṇe nipacchimaehiṃ tihiṃ phusai|
jahā paramāṇupoggale tippaesiyaṃ phusāvio evaṃ phusāveyavvo jāva anaṃtapaesio|
duppaesie ṇaṃ bhaṃte! khaṃdhe paramāṇupoggalaṃ phusamāṇe kiṃ deseṇaṃ desaṃ phusai? pucchā|
tatiya-navamehiṃ phusai|
duppaesio duppaesiyaṃ phusamāṇe paḍhama-tatiya-sattama-navamehiṃ phusai|
duppaesio tippaesiyaṃ phusamāṇe ādillaehi ya, pacchillaehi ya tihiṃ phusai, majjhimaehiṃ tihiṃ vipaḍiseheyavvaṃ|
duppaesio jahā tippaesiyaṃ phusāvio evaṃ phusāveyavvo jāva anaṃtapaesiyaṃ|
tipaesie ṇaṃ bhaṃte! khaṃdhe paramāṇupoggalaṃ phusamāṇe pucchā| tatiya-chaṭṭha-navamehiṃ phusai|
tipaesio dupaesiyaṃ phusamāṇe paḍhamaeṇaṃ, tatieṇaṃ, cauttha-chaṭṭha-sattama-navamehiṃ phusai|
tipaesio tipaesiyaṃ phusamāṇe savvesu vi ṭhāṇesu phusai|
jahā tipaesio tipaesiyaṃ phusāvio evaṃ tippaesio jāva anaṃtapaesieṇaṃ saṃjoeyavvo|
jahā tipaesio evaṃ jāva anaṃtapaesio bhāṇiyavvo|

“Venerable Sir! When an ultimate atom pudgala touches an ultimate atom pudgala, does it:
1. touch a part with a part,
2. touch parts with a part,
3. touch the whole with a part,
4. touch a part with parts,
5. touch parts with parts,
6. touch the whole with parts,
7. touch a part with the whole,
8. touch parts with the whole, [or]
9. touch the whole with the whole?”
“Gautama! It does not touch a part with a part; it does not touch parts with a part; it does not touch the whole with a part; it does not touch a part with parts; it does not touch parts with parts; it does not touch the whole with parts; it does not touch a part with the whole; it does not touch parts with the whole; it touches the whole with the whole.
An ultimate atom pudgala touching a two-space-point [aggregate] touches by the seventh and ninth [alternatives].
An ultimate atom pudgala touching a three-space-point [aggregate] touches by the last three [alternatives].
As the ultimate atom pudgala was made to touch the three-space-point [aggregate], so it should be made to touch up to the infinite-space-point [aggregate].
Venerable Sir! When a two-space-point aggregate touches an ultimate atom pudgala, does it touch a part with a part? [The question is to be repeated.]
It touches by the third and ninth [alternatives].
A two-space-point [aggregate] touching a two-space-point [aggregate] touches by the first, third, seventh, and ninth [alternatives].
A two-space-point [aggregate] touching a three-space-point [aggregate] touches by the first three and the last three [alternatives]; the middle three are to be negated.
As the two-space-point [aggregate] was made to touch the three-space-point [aggregate], so it should be made to touch up to the infinite-space-point [aggregate].
Venerable Sir! When a three-space-point aggregate touches an ultimate atom pudgala—[the question is to be repeated]. It touches by the third, sixth, and ninth [alternatives].
A three-space-point [aggregate] touching a two-space-point [aggregate] touches by the first, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, and ninth [alternatives].
A three-space-point [aggregate] touching a three-space-point [aggregate] touches in all cases.
As the three-space-point [aggregate] was made to touch the three-space-point [aggregate], so the three-space-point [aggregate] is to be combined up to the infinite-space-point [aggregate].
As the three-space-point [aggregate], so it is to be stated up to the infinite-space-point [aggregate].”
