“Venerable Sir, when the deity Jamāli immediately falls from that realm of the gods upon the exhaustion of lifespan, the exhaustion of rebirth, and the exhaustion of duration, where will he go? Where will he be reborn?”
“Gautama, after wandering through saṃsāra for four or five births among animals, humans, and gods, thereafter he will attain perfection, become enlightened, be liberated, become completely unconditioned, and make an end to all suffering.”
“So it is, Venerable Sir! So it is, Venerable Sir!”
