tataś ca-
rahasi saṅkucatī punar apy asau
nija-kareṇa harer akirat karam |
vyathitatām iva tāṃ tu vivṛṇvatīṃ
tad anumṛṣṭi-miṣād ayam aspṛśat || [drutavilambitā]

And then: / Becoming bashful again in secret, she / scattered Hari’s hand away with her own hand. / But under the pretext of wiping it clean, he touched her / who was revealing herself to be pained, as it were. ||
