vyāsa uvāca:
kṛtvā somo rājasūyaṃ trailokyaṃ dakṣiṇāṃ dadau /
sadasyebhyaśca mukhyebhyo brahmarṣiḥ parantapāḥ //

Vyāsa said:
Having performed the Rājasūya sacrifice, Soma gave the three worlds as the sacrificial fee
and to the chief priests, [O] scorcher of foes, [who were] Brahmarṣis.
