1.74

padmākaraṃ dinakaro vikacīkaroti
camdrp volāsayati kairava-cakravālam |
nābhyarthito jaladharo 'pi jalaṃ dadāti
santaḥ svayaṃ parahite vihitābhiyogāḥ ||

The sun makes the lotus-pool blossom; / the moon delights the cluster of white water-lilies; / the cloud also gives water without being asked: / the virtuous spontaneously exert themselves for the welfare of others.
