etānauṣadhakālāṃstu vibhajeddaśadhā daśa
kṣīṇadhātvindriye śānte klānte tānte bubhukṣite

One should divide these ten times of administering medicine into ten. / In one whose bodily tissues and sense faculties are depleted, who is weary, exhausted, afflicted, and hungry;
