lavaṇaṃ caiva,bahvetad bhuktaṃ doṣāya kalpate | śleṣmāṇaṃ cyāvayitvā tu notsahetāpakarṣitum ||

and salt; when eaten in large quantities, these lead to morbid disturbance. / Having displaced phlegm, however, [long pepper] does not manage to draw it out;
