tamuvāca bhagavānātreyaḥ hitāhāropayoga eka eva puruṣavṛddhikaro bhavati ahitāhāropayogaḥ punarvyādhinimittamiti //

The blessed Ātreya said to him: “The use of wholesome food alone causes the growth of man, while the use of unwholesome food is the cause of disease.”
