galasya sandhau cibuke gale ca sadāharāgaḥ &śvasanāsu cograḥ/
śopho bhṛśārtistu &biḍālikā syāddhanyādgale cedvalayīkṛtā sā//

At the junction of the throat, on the chin, and on the throat, accompanied by burning sensation, redness, and severe respiratory distress, / a swelling with acute pain is biḍālikā; it kills if it encircles the throat.
