6.12.77

syāttāluvidradhyapi dāharāgapākānvitastāluni sā tridoṣāt/
jihvopariṣṭādupajihvikā syāt kaphādadhastādadhijihvikā ca//

There is also tāluvidradhi on the palate, accompanied by burning, redness, and suppuration, born of the three doṣas; / upon the tongue there is upajihvikā from kapha, and below it, adhijihvikā.
