bāhyāḥ sirāḥ prāpya yadā kaphāsṛkpittāni saṃdūṣayatīha vāyuḥ/
tairbaddhamārgaḥ sa tadā visarpannutsedhaliṅgaṃ śvayathuṃ karoti//
When vāyu, reaching the external vessels, vitiates kapha, blood, and pitta here, / then, with its pathway blocked by them, spreading outward, it produces swelling characterized by an elevation.
