&uraḥsthitairūrdhvamadhastu vāyoḥ sthānasthitairmadhyagataistu madhye/
sarvāṅgagaḥ sarvagataiḥ kvacitsthairdoṣaiḥ kvacit syācchvayathustadākhyaḥ//
By [doṣas] situated in the chest, [swelling is] in the upper part; below by those situated in the seat of vāyu; in the middle by those gone to the middle; / affecting all limbs by those pervasive everywhere; situated somewhere by doṣas situated somewhere—it takes that name.
