6.22.20

gurvannapayaḥsnehaiḥ saṃmūrcchadbhirvidāhakāle ca/
yastṛṣyedvṛtamārge tatrāpyanilānalau hetū//

And when one becomes thirsty during the time of digestion with a burning sensation due to heavy food, milk, and unctuous substances blending together / while the channels are obstructed, there too wind and fire are the causes.
