sarvairardhaistribhirvā 'api liṅgairmāṃsabalakṣaye/
yukto varjyaścikitsyastu sarvarūpo 'apyato 'anyathā//
If accompanied by all, half, or even three symptoms when there is depletion of flesh and strength,
[the patient] is to be rejected; but otherwise, he is treatable, even if having all the symptoms.
