vācaṃ mahīti japtvā ca prāpnotyārogyameva ca /
śanno bhaveti dvābhyāntu bhuktvānnaṃ prayataḥ śuciḥ //
Having recited "The great speech" (vācaṃ mahīm...), one also attains health. / Having eaten food, attentive and pure, with the two verses beginning "May there be peace for us" (śanno bhava...),
