dhāmno yugartunāgāṃśair dvāraṃ hīnāditaḥ kramāt /
liṅgadvārocchrayādarvāg bhavet pādonataḥ kramāt //
The door is in parts of four, six, or eight of the shrine, successively from the inferior [to the superior]; / the liṅga should be less than the height of the door, successively reduced by one fourth.
