yato yato niḥsarati manaḥ kāmahataṃ bhramat /
tatastata upāhṛtya hṛdi rundhyāc chanairbudhaḥ //
33. The wise man should slowly and gradually confine it to the heart by bringing the mind back from the several objects to which it has gone out, wandering under the force of passions.
