abhyasenmanasā śuddhaṃ trivṛdbrahmākṣaraṃ param /
mano yaṣchejjitaśvāso brahma bījamavismaran //
he should mentally practise the pure, threefold, supreme syllable of Brahman; / with breath conquered, he should restrain the mind, not forgetting the seed-syllable of Brahman.
