sarvajñarūpasya hi me murāreḥ kathaṃ harerghaṭate hyajñatā ca /

ajñānaṃ nāsti pakṣīdra kathaṃ tatvaṃ bravīṣyaho //
[The Blessed Lord said:] / For how could ignorance ever occur to me, Murāri, to Hari, whose nature is omniscient? / Just as there is no darkness in the sun, so in Nārāyaṇa, in Hari, / there is no ignorance, O King of Birds. Ah, how can you speak of such a principle?
