*śukra uvāca
vṛto 'nayā patirvīra sutayā tvaṃ mameṣṭayā
gṛhāṇemāṃ mayā dattāṃ mahiṣīṃ nahuṣātmaja //
Śukra then said to Yayâti, that he had been chosen by her daughter before, whom he should accept as his queen after being willingly made over to him by her father.—32.
