tataste purato dṛṣṭvā śukaṃ śrāṃtā divaukasaḥ ..
papracchuḥ śraddhayā vahniryadi dṛṣṭaḥ prakathyatām ..18..

Then the exhausted denizens of heaven, seeing a parrot before them,
asked with faith: “If Fire has been seen, let it be told.”
