7.17.p26

tatotpalanikāśena kareṇa bhagavān haraḥ .
pramṛjya prāha harṣeṇa harṣayan nandinaṃ bhṛśam . . 1 9. .
bhaktimānasi me25 nandin sadāraṃ sagaṇāśrayam .
tāṃ ca bhaktiṃ puraskṛtya pārśvasthosi mayā kṛtaḥ .. 8.162.20 ..

Then, wiping [him] with his hand that resembled a blue lotus, the blessed Lord Hara spoke with joy, delighting Nandin greatly: / 'You are devoted to me, O Nandin, together with your wife, an asylum for my hosts; and placing that devotion foremost, you have been kept at my side by me.'
