tatastu kāśyapī sṛṣṭiḥ pravṛttā cātivistarā |
manuṣyapaśusarpādijātibhedairanekadhā ||

Then human beings, animals, serpents and many other classes were created. This is called the Kâsyapî S’rîsti or the Kas’yapa’s creation.
