guruḥ surāṇāmaniśaṃ sarvavidyānidhistathā |
suto'ṅgirasa evāsau sa kathaṃ chalakṛnmuniḥ ||
O Muni! Brihaspatî is the Guru of the Devas; he also devotes his time in studying the Vedas; and is the ocean of all knowledge; he is the son of the Maharsi Angirâ and he is himself a Muni. Endorsed with all these good qualifications, how could he deceive the Demons.
