bho devaripavaḥ satyaṃ bravīmi bhavatāṃ hitam |
ahiṃsā paramo dharmo'hantavyā hyātatāyinaḥ ||
He was telling them “O Enemies of Gods! Truly, I am telling you words that will, no doubt, prove good to you. Non-killing is the highest virtue; even the enemies ought never to be killed.
