ujjahāra dharāṃ magnāṃ pātālatalavāsinīm /
vārāhaṃ rūpamāsthāya devadevo janārdanaḥ //
Having assumed the form of a boar, the god of gods, Janārdana,
lifted up the earth that was submerged and dwelling at the bottom of the netherworld.
