aghamarṣaṇaṃ tryṛcaṃ toyaṃ yathāvedam athāpi vā /
upapāpair na lipyeta padmapatramivāmbhasā //
With water [and] the three-verse Aghamarṣaṇa hymn, or according to one's Veda, / one is not tainted by secondary sins, just as a lotus leaf is not [wetted] by water.
