kapilā tatra dātavyā pitḥn uddiśya bhārata /
ityuccārya dvije deyā yāntu te paramāṃ gatim //
A brown cow should be given there for the ancestors, O Bhārata.
Saying, 'May they go to the supreme state,' it should be given to a twice-born.
