yudhiṣṭhira uvāca:
sarvadevamayī dhenurgīrvāṇādyairalaṃkṛtā /
etatkathaya me tāta kasmād goṣu samāśritāḥ //
Yudhiṣṭhira said: / The cow consists of all gods and is adorned by the gods and others. / Tell me this, dear father: why have they taken refuge in cows?
