védāháṃ sū́traṃ vítataṃ yásminn ótāḥ prajā́ imā́ḥ |
sū́traṃ sū́trasyāháṃ vedā́tho yád brā́hmaṇaṃ mahád ||38||
I know the stretched-out string in which these offspring are woven in; the string of the string I know, likewise the great brā́hmaṇa.
