áyukta saptá śundhyúvaḥ sū́ro ráthasya naptyàḥ |
tā́bhir yāti sváyuktibhiḥ ||24||
The sun hath yoked the seven neat (çundhyú) daughters of the chariot; with them, [who are] self-yoked, he goeth.
