aśreṣmā́ṇo adhārayan táthā tán mánunā kr̥tám |
kr̥ṇómi vádhri víṣkandhaṃ muṣkābarhó gávām iva ||2||
Without claspers they held fast (dhāraya); that was so done by Manu; I make the víṣkandha impotent, like a castrater of bulls.
