ā́ yayāma sáṃ babarha granthī́ṃś cakāra te dr̥ḍhā́n |
párūṃṣi vidvā́ṃ chástevéndreṇa ví cr̥tāmasi ||3||
He stretched (ā-yam), he combined (sam-bṛh), he made thy knots firm (dṛḍhá); with Indra we unfasten [them], as a knowing slaughterer the joints.
